Thank you for your interest in the PRODUCTS of SMARTIFY SMARTERLIFE SOLUTIONS.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from SMARTIFY SMARTERLIFE SOLUTIONS via our official Sales Channels - SMARTIFY stores in LAZADA or SHOPEE as well direct orders arranged with us.
Before placing an order in any of our official Sales Channels, pls carefully review all SMARTIFY SMARTERLIFE SOLUTIONS WARRANTY TERMS & DISCLAIMERS.
By placing an order in any of our Sales Channels, You acknowledge and accept all SMARTIFY SMARTERLIFE SOLUTIONS WARRANTY TERMS & DISCLAIMERS.
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Warranty Terms and Disclaimer:
“Business” (referred to as either "the Business", “Supplier”, "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to SMARTIFY SMARTERLIFE SOLUTIONS.
“Country” refers to PHILIPPINES.
“PRODUCT” or “Goods” or “Devices” mean the physical PRODUCTS, goods, devices or units purchased from SMARTIFY SMARTERLIFE SOLUTIONS via our official sales channels.
“Sales Channel” refers to our official SMARTIFY store in LAZADA PH or SHOPEE PH as well as Direct Sales or Orders arranged with Us.
“Warranty Terms and Conditions” or “Warranty Terms and Disclaimer” or “Warranty Disclaimer” mean these Warranty Terms and Disclaimer that form the entire agreement between You and the Business regarding the PRODUCTS purchased from Us via our official Sales Channels.
“You” (also referred to as “Buyer”, “Customer”, “Client”, “User”) means the individual who purchased any of our PRODUCTS via our official Sales Channels.
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, SMARTIFY SMARTERLIFE SOLUTIONS will repair or replace PRODUCTS or parts of a PRODUCT that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Minimum processing cost not to exceed P50 as well as 2-way shipping fees will be borne by Customer. Refer to Packaging and Shipping Guidelines.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem or issue that is caused by:
Conditions, malfunctions or damages not resulting from defects in material or workmanship of Product
Packaging accessories, mounting tools or accessories (e.g. screw drivers, screws, adhesives, tapes, picks, etc.) and replaceable batteries.
Damages to PRODUCT due to:
Improper handling or negligence.
Incorrect setup or installation
Use outside of specifications, rating or recommended application
Customizations, modifications or tampering on PRODUCT or accessories
from Acts of God
PRODUCTS that have been received in any of the following conditions:
Improperly packaged and shipped
Altered
Physically damaged
Upon receipt of PRODUCT, We will use the following criteria in determining warranty eligibility. If a PRODUCT as received exhibits any of the following, the warranty will be voided and PRODUCT returned at Customers expense.
PRODUCT received was not packaged and shipped per Our Packaging and Shipping Guidelines.
PRODUCT marking or labels are missing.
PRODUCT marking or labels exhibit tampering such as being lifted or reseated.
PRODUCT marking or labels that have been switched and do not match the PRODUCT. Examples include, but not limited to:
PRODUCT marking or labels on non-SMARTIFY PRODUCT.
PRODUCT marking or labels for model placed on a different model.
PRODUCT marking or labels exhibiting damage beyond that caused by normal wear and tear. Examples include, but not limited to:
PRODUCT marking or labels that have been defaced such that the model number, serial number, part number, or manufacture date is not readable.
Warranty Date label that are torn, punctured, lifted or otherwise modified.
Examples of a PRODUCT being altered of physically damaged are:
There are deep scratches inconsistent with normal wear or tear.
There are nicks, dents, bends, or other damage to the cover or base.
There are indications that the PRODUCT has been exposed to liquid or other foreign substance.
There is rust or corrosion on the PRODUCT.
Screws are missing, loose, or cross-threaded.
Mounting holes contain broken screws or show thread damage.
There have been unauthorized alterations made to the cover or base. Examples include, but not limited to:
Extra holes drilled
Cut-outs added
Extra pieces attached
Parts of the PRODUCT are missing.
Alterations or unauthorized repairs have been made to the PRODUCT.
Missing or damaged connector. Examples include, but is not limited to:
Cracked or broken plastic parts
Broken solder joints
Pushed pins
Broken or bent pins
The PRODUCT exhibits damage that is not considered to be a result of component failure or normal wear and tear. Examples include, but is not limited to:
Damaged, broken, or missing components
Cuts, breaks, gouges to the PRODUCT
Scorched or burned PRODUCT
The flexible printed circuits are not connected to their respective connectors or are missing/damaged.
Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from SMARTIFY SMARTERLIFE SOLUTIONS may vary per Product or Sales Channel.
Unless otherwise specified in any of our official Sales Channels, default Warranty Period shall be 30 DAYS from date of delivery. NOTE that some PRODUCTS have NO applicable Warranty while some have extended Warranty Period, as reflected in our official Sales Channels.

For SHOPEE orders: Refer to PRODUCT DETAILS > WARRANTY Section
For SPECIAL DIRECT orders: Refer to official Quote, Invoice or Delivery Receipt.
A repaired or replacement PRODUCT or Unit assumes the remaining warranty of the original PRODUCT, Unit or Kit from the date of delivery of the repaired or replacement PRODUCT or Unit.
SMARTIFY SMARTERLIFE SOLUTIONS will either repair the PRODUCT or Unit using new or refurbished replacement parts or replace the PRODUCT or Unit entirely.
To request for Warranty Claim, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. We will also confirm if only the PRODUCT or entire Kit and accessories have to be returned to Us.

Warranty Claims arrangements will be communicated as follows:
For LAZADA orders: Send us a CHAT via the LAZADA APP.

For SPECIAL DIRECT orders: via our communication channels TALK TO US.
SMARTIFY to arrange booking details via LBC or equivalent for the return of PRODUCTS or Units with valid Warranty Claim.
Customer to ship unit as per booking, within 5 days.
Customer to cover shipping costs (for nationwide warranty coverage).
Ensure PRODUCTS or Units are returned to original packaging or equivalent box packaging, bubble wrapped & securely packed for shipping.
SMARTIFY to validate returned PRODUCT or Unit as per Limited Warranty Coverage and Exclusions.
If a PRODUCT or Unit as received exhibits any of the criteria under Limited Warranty Exclusions, the warranty will be voided and PRODUCT or Unit returned at Customers expense.
Repair Parts or Replacement PRODUCT or Unit is subject to stock availability. Equivalent Repair Part will be used or equivalent Replacement PRODUCT or Unit shall be issued if exact model for Part, PRODUCT or Unit is unavailable.
SMARTIFY to arrange Repaired or Replacement PRODUCT or Unit delivery via the corresponding official Sales Channel where the Product was purchased.

Customer to cover shipping costs (for nationwide coverage).
For SHOPEE orders: SMARTIFY will send the Special Warranty Order link

For SPECIAL DIRECT orders:
If Customer agrees, SMARTIFY can arrange a Special Warranty Order link via LAZADA or SHOPEE. Minimum processing fee will apply, not exceeding P50. Customer to cover shipping costs (for nationwide coverage).
If not, SMARTIFY will ship the Unit directly. Customer to cover shipping costs.
Warranty Claims duration may take between 7 to 60 days, starting from when We receive the Warranty Return PRODUCT or Unit down to when we book the delivery for the Repaired or Replacement PRODUCT or Unit (or for the return of an invalid Warranty Claim PRODUCT or Unit).
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Warranty Terms and Disclaimer at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to purchase our PRODUCTS after those revisions become effective, You agree & accept the revised Warranty Terms and Disclaimer. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please do not purchase any PRODUCT from any of our official Sales Channels.
